Abstract
The article reveals the potential of the dialogic learning for transition from abstract and normative style of values perception to their communicative and pragmatic argumentation i.e. of the axiological and communicative competence of the personality as the part of the social values capital. It is substantiated that the dialogical education for the realization of their potential must have a systemic nature, implemented as a subject-subject pedagogical communication, and have the proper spiritual foundation - good will, desire and willingness to listen to the other one, the willingness of everyone to review their position. It is necessary to organize the educational dialogue according to the dimension of respect for the individuality and dignity of its participants, creating an atmosphere of goodwill, trust, respect and tolerance. The consistent implementation of these installations in the pedagogical process at all levels of education will be necessary spiritual precondition for the spread of such relations in the society in solving problems finding a consensus through dialogue.
