Abstract

One of the main priorities of the domestic psycho-pedagogy is to improve research and use its results for the development of the educational sector of Ukraine. Monitoring the implementation of the results of research that fully or partially funded from the state budget are a number of laws and regulations. Recently, there is a problem of selection of relevant ICT monitoring the implementation of the results of psychological and educational research, singling appropriate online tools such monitoring clarify their main characteristics and uses. Analysis of Foreign Studies and publications demonstrates the great attention to the use of information resources research and monitoring on-line indicators, based on the number of hits and downloads annotations full text articles and citation information about them.
