Abstract

In work results of investigation the functionality of digital libraries and their the practical use of in the creation and exploitation of the Scientific Electronic Library NAPN Ukraine. Given description of the the main sections of instructional features of the electronic library: user registration, management of deposits, browsing the repository the library, simple and advanced searches in storage for years, academic institutions, the author and the subjects covered as well as rights and opportunities for the administrator, editor and library users repository . Providing practical recommendations on rational choosing the software and implementation of the main sections of functionality capabilities of the systems EL.
