Abstract
In the article, the tasks of the literary reading lessons in the primary school were determined; different types of the literary reading lessons were suggested; their structure was defined; the tentative lay-out of a literary reading lesson including different methods, ways, organization forms of the pupils’ literary activity that are directed at the increase of the academic process effectiveness were proposed; the integration of different kinds of art in the process of pupils’ studying of a fictional text was demonstrated and exemplified.
