Abstract
In the first article the features affinity Ukrainian and Chinese national traditions in art and design psychology of creativity Indo-European philosophical and ideological culture. Argumented described ethnic pupils continuity in Ukrainian art and culture project for example national master K. Bilokur (in epistolary heritage and artistic creation K. Bilokur - from the artistic and aesthetic worldview and spiritual mentoring Shevchenko) and in Chinese art and culture project masters of poetry and painting Wang Wei and Li Bai - from the teachings of Taoism and Chinese Buddhism harmony of personal development painter and poet towards a return to nature and understanding of the laws of the universe. Art and design creative and Research Ukrainian national artist K. Bilokur described not only as a variety of unsurpassed artistic images of floral arrangements, landscapes and portraits, but also as original art and design school with Ukrainian design method of careful study objects image: flowers - as naturalist; harmonious environment with views - like landscape; emotional intimacy in the films - as a master of psychological portrait; emotional and philosophical foundations of creativity Shevchenko - as an art critic. For the first time highlights the origins of Ukrainian national school of psychology, art and design work.
