Abstract

In the professional development of innovation active enterprises important is the implementation of innovative directional Personnel Policy (planning, development, redistribution, rational use and adaptation of workers to obochomu place) by directing skills training programs to expand the limits of their professional competence, mobility, improving qualifications positive effect on productivity growth, wages, economic performance of enterprises and to complete self-development and self-realization.
