Abstract

In this article the term «environment», «learning environment», «training simple», «mobile environment», «virtual environment», «learning environment», «educational space», «information environment» at different stages of social development, education and science. It was established that the learning environment in general secondary education must be innovative, ICT- saturated comply with 21st century society. The definition of the term «cloud-oriented learning environment» (COLE), «learning mobility learner», «learning mobility of teachers» listed requirements COLE.
