Abstract

The analysis of the dynamics of the concepts justice in the philosophical and legal and psychological theories. Thesis there is determined psychosocial component of the philosophical and legal theories of justice, revealed the psychological relationship concepts of justice of natural law theory. Position proved that the idea of justice, formed a society with social justice and installation justice are part of political and legal consciousness of the individual.
