Abstract
The psychological conditions of the State standard primary education for children with special educational needs are identified in the table of contents generalized mode of action as an effective component content of primary education. Generalized methods of covering all components of learning activity: Motivational, notional operational. General and specific (depending on nosology) patterns dizontogeneticheskie development related to the structure of the defect, they are in varying degrees, affect the structure of educational activities, especially their appearance and formation.
