Abstract
On the occasion of the Euro 2012 (finals of the Cup) the study guide for social services staff, who serve the members of the international event was created. There was presented an indicative list of signed items. Among them – commonly used signs of such themes as "Banking", "Highway Patrol, Police", "Medicine", "Culture (leisure)", "Sports", "Services (hotel, shop, etc.)", "Legal issues (embassies, OVIR)", "Connection (email, Internet)", "Numbers". The modern international approaches of ethical deaf support and recommendations for effective interaction with the position of understanding, respect, equality and tolerance were described.
