Abstract

The article gives theoretical substantiation to the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the teaching and educational process. Analysis of the notion of “organizational and pedagogical conditions” allows to conclude that it is a conjunction of interrelated circumstances ensured at the administrative level for the achievement of the set targets and pertaining to the management of teachers and their professional activities, as well as students and their activities. Organizational and pedagogical conditions may concern resources, scientific methodological support and monitoring of the implemented pedagogical process.
