Abstract
The decision of problem of personal controlled education of students is considered in this article from the point of human factor in the decision-making process, the main criteria of which are educational dominance in the investigation process(inclination, disinclination, indifference to risk in the educational process), and also levels of aspiration as the main feature of educational motivation. Denoted characteristics are established from the analysis of criterion functions of profitability, based on criteria of educational process for open and closed problems in decision-making process. The defined connection between common points of those functions is specified. The algorithm of control process is proposed, taking into account necessity of dominant’s changing as well as rising of level of aspiration.
