Abstract

The article characterized by the concept of "development", "mutual adaptation", "adaptive management", "patterns of development management" and considered patterns of adaptive management of vocational education. Based on the disclosure and display of adaptive management conditions, its regular internal connections, properties and initial theoretical propositions that form the basis of management activities and adaptive management, formulated the laws of vocational education.
