Abstract

The article deals with the socio-economic conditions and the appearance of the development of market relations in Ukraine. Singles out the main features of a market economy, revealed their relationship to the means of managing the development of vocational education. Separately considered choice of competitive strategy from the vocational school. We give three choices of leadership support: reducing the cost of training; high quality training competitive graduates; unique education. Analyzes the international experience on the use of various management systems of vocational education that can be applied in Ukraine.
