Abstract
The article deals with the phenomenon of altruism from the point of view of social pedagogy, which consists in fundamental understanding it as socially important quality of personality. Since this personal quality is defined as one that has an integrative character. Then the internal structure of altruism is selected, that is a necessary theoretical basis for the implementation of targeted educational influence.
