Abstract

In the article it is mentioned that the index of the developed organizational culture of an educational establishment is the high level of pedagogical mastership of a teacher whose development will be concurred by taking into consideration the peculiarities of the establishment in the organization; the system of scientific-methodical work at school is scrutinized; it is accentuated that organizational culture, and, thus, scientific-methodical work have their peculiarity which consists of the creation of artistic-aesthetic surrounding which is favourable for creating the respectable students’ attitude to culture, art, their people’s traditions, mastering the spiritual legacy; the content of scientific-methodical work of specialized school “the Academy of Children’s Creativity” is represented.
