Abstract
An analysis of scientific methodical base for evaluation and use of information communication technologies tools in general school is made. The most appropriate methods and organizational framework for electronic learning tools and software quality evaluation are theoretically grounded. The manuscript "Electronic learning tools quality evaluation for general education" is prepared.
