Abstract

In recent times appear relevant to the problem of selecting ICT monitoring the implementation of the results of psychological and pedagogical research, the allocation of appropriate online tools such monitoring, identifying their main characteristics and ways of use. Analysis of foreign research and publications shows considerable attention to the use of information resources monitoring research and on-line indicators constructed on the basis of the number of annotation views and downloads of full text articles, as well as data on their citation. Monitoring the implementation of the results of research work performed by research institutions or individual scientists is regular monitoring of progress by collecting, processing, storing and providing information regarding quantitative and qualitative indicators publication, distribution and use of products manufactured within the framework of such works.
