Abstract
An important means of Informatization of education and science are the Scientific Electronic Library as a distributed information environment integrated resources, allowing you to collect, store and use the open access collection of electronic documents via a global data network. The use of digital libraries provides free access to a large amount of scientific material, and also contributes to the professional development of researchers, to improve skills and knowledge of ICT to carry out research activities. The relevance of the creation and implementation of the scientific electronic library of the National Academy of pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine due to the need to improve the efficiency of information support of scientific and educational activities carried out in NAPS of Ukraine, consolidation of research scientists on a single scientific information space, the need for integration of research activities with international information systems. The main purpose of creating an electronic library of the Academy of pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine is to provide users with access to the Internet for research and education electronic information resources of the Academy.
