Abstract
The article deals with the need to acquire and deepen the spiritual and innovative knowledge - the value component of social and professional competence of experts who faced with the need in terms of deformation exacerbation-tion to be able to harmonize the relationship and the relationship in the «man – society (economic) – nature» in order to ensure safe conditions for sustainable development and professional fulfillment «here and now». Attention is drawn to the fact that the constructive development of the personality of any profession connected with her understanding of moral and ethical laws regulating its rules of professional, social and productive or family behavior.
