Abstract
In the article represented the model of the professional self-development of a future teacher which consists of motivational, goal, intensional and active components. A motivational component lie in forming a motivation to realization of the professional self-development; goal – in put it aim and tasks; intensional – in determination and structurization of the professional parameters of a future teacher; active – in forming and perfection of the professional parameters owing to self-discipline and self-education. The model of the professional self-development of a future teacher has a clear structure. It elements are located in a certain logical sequence and are interconnectivity. In connection that the professional self-development of a future teacher is represented as a process, it consists of certain amount of stages, namely: 1) forming of a motivation to it realization; 2) put the aim and tasks of the professional self-development; 3) determination and structurization of the professional parameters of a future teacher; 4) diagnostics of their formed and level of development; 5) master the professional self-education and self-discipline; 6) forming and perfection of the professional parameters of a future teacher through the professional self-education and self-discipline; 7) scientific and pedagogical practice. Influence on sense of listeners; 8) detection and removal of failings. In the article given description of these stages, represented their structure. Determined and analyzed of concepts «model», «motivation», «pedagogical capabilities», «professional abilities», «professional knowledge», «professional relations», «professional skills», «professional values», «professional parameters of a future teacher», «professional self-development of a future teacher», «professional self-discipline», «professional self-education».
