Abstract
Strengthening the integration processes of globalization, increased competition in the world of nation-states and the region objectively determine attention to training and education of highly qualified knowledge that covered in the courses offered. Comparison of the move to the information society national postgraduate practices and original theoretical constructs in an international context promotes a sound education and science policy, specialized human capital and competitiveness of the country. The first and second part of the course that outlines the general requirements and work programs to the content and organization of the course will help methodologists educational departments. Teachers didactics, including postgraduate, have the opportunity to learn and make their actual achievements in content and theme of the theory of comparative studies of postgraduate education, first proposed subjects Postgraduate qualifications.
