Abstract
In the article on the base of analyze of normative documents of the European Commission, scientific publications of European experts and informational and methodical materials of the European Platform Higher Education Modernisation the specialties and actuality for professional development of heads of HEIs are determined and argued, and the practical recommendations for realization of such programs in Ukraine are formulated.
