Abstract

The publication actualizes the issue on development of leadership potential of future educational institutions’ administrators in the professional training process on Master’s program “Administration of educational institution”. The authors have determined the basic terms for the researching issue, developed and argued the profile of educational leader, structural and functional model for psychological support for development of leadership potential of future educational institutions’ administrators, as well as clarified specificity of diagnostics for leadership potential of future educational institutions’ administrators in the professional training process.
