Abstract

This publication analyzes the necessity of health maintenance competence in the process of post-graduate study for managers at the district level. There are demonstrated the basic provisions on key role of health maintenance competences for education in Ukraine. Author determined learning model, within which one can choose type of interactivity with the audience. It is proofed the necessity of choice of interactive teaching methods depending on specialist experience and the type of training courses of decision makers from groups of direct, indirect, interacting, based on experience and self-study. It is recommended as the most effective the teaching methods improved ratio of all the above-mentioned groups with a focus on independent activities of students relying on their own experience. With experienced professionals it is advisable to conduct situational training, business, role-playing games. Working with the newly appointed specialists requires a training method that increases the amount of theoretical information and increases the level of competence of practical orientation: lectures, demonstrations, surveys, range of knowledge, debates, small group work, conceptual map "web." It makes sense to implement interactive teaching methods in terms of training.
