Abstract
The article highlights the essence of technology of psychological training of managers of educational institutions to work in conditions of change. The conceptual, contextual and procedural blocks of technology of psychological training of managers of educational institutions to work in conditions change are shown. The humanistic-value approach to the psychological training of managers of educational institutions to work in terms of change is grounded within the conceptual block. The content and direction of psychological training managers to work in terms of change and criteria of effectiveness for such training are defined within the contextual block. The stages of psychological training and interactive methods of teaching at each of these stages are revealed within the procedural block of technology.
