Abstract
The expediency of coaching approach usage as a technology of personality oriented learning is justified in the article. Vision of the concept of educational coaching is enhanced and expanded. Systems in which the interaction based on coaching approach is highlighted. Also the authors determined specific competence of the teacher, the development of which is necessary to implement coaching interaction in individual and group formats. Attention is focused on the specifics of usage of such coaching tools as levels of listening and feedback.
