Abstract

In the article reasonably, that by the modern problem of professional preparations of specialists of motor transport industry are forming for them of пpофecійної competence. Reasonably and methodical approaches over are brought to структурування of professional competence of modern future skilled workers of motor transport industry at their preparation in ПТНЗ: the educed components, criteria and indexes of professional competence. The conceptual idea of research of preparation of skilled workers for motor transport industry consists in updating of maintenance of educational-educator process in stablishments of vocational education. It updating is related to the improvement of organization of educational-educator work in establishments of vocational formation of motor transport industry with taking into account the future specialists of professional have forming.
