Abstract
It registers in the article, that on the modern stage of development of personality and society the problem of pedagogical science and practice consists not only in absence of theoretical, methodological, methodical, administrative works for the decision of problems of socially-professional orientation of personality. The main reasons of insufficient dynamics of development of personality and society are absence: social situation friendly to the socially-professional orientation; socio-economic regional environment interested in competent specialists; balanced labor-market; resources for expansion of key to deyatel'nostey personality in the conditions of regional educational environment and others like that. These circumstances do not enable to create the productive uchebno-vospytatel'nuyu environment directed on forming in the students of levels of kompetentnostey in accordance with the stages of age-dependent development on which three phases of including are in a reviewer area: adaptation, individualization and integration. To a great extent excretions of socially-professional orientation of students in the conditions of the differentiated studies, development and introduction of modern uchebno-vospytatel'nykh complete sets allows to form their vitally-labors of competence, personalities friendly to harmonization; to stabilize the public relations; to develop a socio-economic environment; to diminish the level of social tension.
