Abstract

The topicality of expositive materials of this article is caused by rising of demands to personal and professionally-significant qualities of tour agent and society needs of a highly qualified and professionally competent experts. The article deals with the problems of industrial training in the structure of teaching and educational process of formation of a skilled agent in the sphere of tourism. In the process of investigation specified features and actuality of industrial training in a hotel of future travel agents were found out. The analysis is carried out and defined professional competence of future travel agents in the hospitality industry and also outlined a complex of knowledge and abilities in formation during industrial training in a hotel. Defined the place, role and problems of industrial training in a hotel in process of professionally-practical training of a skilled agent in the sphere of tourism. Developed the program of industrial training in a hotel of the future travel agents.
