Abstract

Methodology and method of development of professional standards is reflected in a manual, and also state standards of profesiyno-tekhnichnoy education, based on kompetentnisnomu approach. The examples of development of professional standards are resulted for professions «Waiter», «Cook». In the second part ways and method of development of state standards of profesiyno-tekhnichnoy formation of new generation are resulted on the basis of modul'no-kompetentnisnogo approach. A manual is intended for research workers, pedagogical workers.
