Abstract

The article deals with the concept and innovative scientific and organizational reform model of postgraduate pedagogical education of management and teaching staff on the basis of credit-modular system of educational process, the features of the credit-module system in postgraduate pedagogical education, described the results of experimental testing model developed in institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education of Ukraine.
