Abstract

The article deals with the necessity of professional growth of specialists in the sphere of postgraduate pedagogical education in accordance with the requirements of the post-industrial society, ideas and objectives of the Bologna process reform. The article deals with the basic problems of education modernization in higher educational institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education, regulatory support; changes in terms of content and learning management, scientific, educational, teaching staff training; software process training of various categories of management staff with quality educational programs; informatization of educational activities, improvement of management process modernization; establishing a mechanism to stimulate courses of all levels of training throughout the teaching professionals` career in educational sector.
