Abstract

In the article the need to improve the social and vocational guidance and create socio-cultural situation conducive to continuous development in the rapidly changing social and professional environment and perceptions of norms, values, rules of the environment and adaptation, individualization, integration in it. The ways of social and vocational guidance and singled competence approach in order to create sufficient competence to ensure the competitiveness of the "life" environment.
