Abstract

This article analyzes the current problems of preparing high school students for professional self-determination in a market economy; content and structure of vocational guidance; comprehensive task management, designed to meet the real professional plans seniors, the needs of the region and the state; focuses on creating the conditions for creativity and professional identity seniors, forming professionally important qualities refinement and adjustment of social and professional status.
