Abstract

The article considers the possibility of pupil youth professional motivation raising by means of work in out-of-lesson hours. Special attention to the need to generate in pupils a positive attitude towards the profession as an important motive for transition to higher level qualifications is paid. Stresses the importance of identifying personal strengths and attractiveness of the profession, which may be a factor in the future development of the professional worker. Circle work and professionally oriented technical creativity are seen as an important means of improving the professional interest and expanding of professional competencies set of future workers.
