Abstract

The long experience of Lviv regional high vocational school of railway transport from technical and artistic-technical creativity of students is considered. Institution’s success in preparing students for future professional creativity is defined by the work system of teaching staff for the organization of creative activity. The work system is based on the best practices of teachers, combined in creative groups, including one which includes innovators and inventors of the institution. The path of future workers to the heights of professional excellence begins from cooperation with these people.
