Abstract

The factors that influence on the motivation development of students in vocational educational institutions in creative activities are considered. Pedagogical conditions of motivational basis formation of creative activity with the creative skills and personality structure are highlightened. The attention is focused on the relationship of creative activity with students’ personal qualities and the role of motivation as a compensatory mechanism.
