Abstract

The problem of adults’ professional on-the-job training is considered in the article. It is underlined that the quality of professional on-the-job training is determined by the level of professionalism and his high professional competence. The most appropriate educational technologies, forms and methods of adults’ training in the workplace, having primary importance in the formation of professional competence and personal development of the worker are revealed.
