Abstract

The author analyzed the the leading methods of intra-firm diagnosis of needs and readiness of personnel to study: study personnel documents and interview results, control and surveillance in the workplace and analysis activities for the trial period, collecting of applications heads of departments and and applications employees themselves, account external factors.
