Abstract

In the current socio-economic conditions of the problem of adult education is becoming increasingly important. While the idea of lifelong learning is not new. The first shoots of this concept can be found in the works of Plato, Confucius, Socrates, Aristotle, Seneca and other prominent thinkers. Ideas of Lifelong Education presented the views of Voltaire, Goethe, Rousseau directly linked with its top achievement of human development.
