Abstract
The article reveals relevance of communicative erudition and adroitness as one of the basic factors for socio-professional competence of qualified specialists to be, as well as an important condition for qualitative professional fulfillment in present day dynamic circumstances – formation of market economy, globalization and European integration processes, growth of destructive confrontational attitudes etc. The author shows peculiarities of communicative skills and adroitness formation concerning future skilled specialists involved in any professional field of knowledge based on domestic and international experience. The level of communicative erudition and adroitness formation in future skilled workers is analyzed; trends that follow from them are systematized; corrective techniques are offered. The relationship between communicative erudition and adroitness of a qualified specialist and the plentitude of his professional self-actualization, plus ability to be stress-resistant, mobile and competitive is proved. It is determined that socio-professional competence of a qualified specialist to be will not be formed in full without considering the laws of ethics and psychology of verbal behavior, techniques of speech communication, culture of professional communication, features of speech communication tactics. The article systematizes components of future qualified specialists’ communicative adroitness and erudition multidimensional integral phenomenon which is based on specific abilities and skills. The author generalizes that the phenomenon which makes communicative skill and erudition combines psychological, neurophysiological, anthropological, and genetic factors requiring the use of different trainings, methods, diagnostics and other educational technologies for high-quality communication skills norms and standards development as regards vocational schools students that is an important factor for successful occupational performance.
