Abstract

The article describes the psychological and pedagogical problems of organizing and conducting the survey as one of the most important methods of monitoring studies. The criteria and indicators for designing questionnaires as tools diagnosis, prognosis , monitoring, and evaluation of educational achievements of students knowledge, abilities, skills , competencies and qualities of judgment, level of motivation, self-learning, self-esteem. Attention is given to design the questionnaire based on the competency approach.
