Abstract
In the context of fundamental pedagogical theories concept developed by the authors and generalized didactics the authors explore didactic basis for the formation of a wide range of professionally important qualities for specialists of professions “person – person” type, without which melt proper scientific and pedagogical conceptualization and theming of the most complicated perspective of forming modern professionally important qualities of future skilled workers in the educational process, namely: fundamental, scientific; systematic and consistent principles; logical and historical unity; unity of national and universal nature of liberal education; unity of theory and practice, training connection with life; strength of knowledge; availability; consciousness and activity of subjects of study; visibility; individualization; integration of knowledge; educational training; national consciousness; humanization; integrity; acmeological principle; subject-subject interaction; personal orientation; precautionary; technologization.
