Abstract
In the paper, there are represented the results of the study on psychotherapeutic verbal suggestion techniques that are used in national psychotherapy. It is estimated the possibility to widen a scale of their content. It is determined that suggestive psychotherapeutic practice can include: different sensory sensations (warm, gravity, cool etc.); psychophysiological state (i.e. somnolence); therapeutic images of various sensor modalities; emotional effects and motional programs for different situations; attitude to the occurrences, articles and humans involved in a pathogenic situation; increase or total elimination of certain painful symptoms; a general positive background of mood; faith in ability to act on patient’s own; optimistic readiness for the future; versions of appearance and development of a painful state (on a basis of the psychological conflict theory); ways to overcome a neuropsychic deviation by means of a traditional pathogenic approach; faith in medicine opportunities and professionalism of a psychotherapist. It is determined that the range of psychotherapeutic suggestion techniques can be extended by suggestion of the following: necessity and ways of practical realization of the lifestyle specially designed and aimed at patient’s features to minimize occurrence of a disease state; the common life principles that block formation and development of psychogenic deviations and increase a general adaptability. It is summarized that a positive psychotherapeutic effect can be achieved from suggestion of the lifestyle principles, such as: interdependence, relativity, continuous changeability, irreversibility, self-organization and dynamic equilibrium.
