Abstract
The Regulation on the Involvement of Stakeholders in Ensuring the Quality of Educational-Professional Programs and the Educational Process at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education defines the purpose, principles, areas, forms, and mechanisms of interaction with internal and external stakeholders. It also outlines the procedure for their involvement in the development, implementation, monitoring, and periodic review of educational-professional programs, as well as in the improvement of the educational process. This Regulation has been developed in accordance with Ukrainian legislation in the fields of education and higher education, the National Qualifications Framework, Higher Education Standards, recommendations from the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, the principles of the European Higher Education Area, and the Institute’s internal regulatory documents. The document governs the involvement of stakeholders in defining the objectives of educational programs, formulating program learning outcomes, enhancing the content of educational components, developing general and specialized (professional) competencies, assessing the quality of educational activities, and making management decisions aimed at their improvement. It further establishes the procedure for conducting scheduled and unscheduled (thematic) surveys, as well as for summarizing, analyzing, and incorporating the obtained results into the Institute’s internal quality assurance processes. The implementation of the document’s provisions is aimed at developing the Institute’s partnership-based interaction with stakeholders, strengthening the practical orientation of educational-professional programs, ensuring their alignment with the current needs of higher education students, employers, and society, as well as establishing an effective feedback system and a culture of quality in higher education. The conduct of surveys and the engagement of stakeholders are carried out based on the principles of academic integrity, transparency, objectivity, openness, the reliability of information, adherence to ethical standards for sociological research, anonymity, and confidentiality.
