Abstract
The instruction regarding the posting of learning materials and the organization of educational interaction with learners on the Microsoft Teams platform at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education (BINPO) establishes unified requirements for organizing the digital educational environment, structuring learning content, and providing informational support for the educational process. The instruction regulates the procedures for posting organizational and instructional materials, formatting posts for learning sessions, publishing assignments for independent work, utilizing links to digital resources, managing feedback, and communicating with learners. Particular attention is given to the logical grouping of materials, the standardization of file and post naming conventions, ensuring the accessibility of learning information, upholding academic integrity, and protecting personal data. The document’s practical focus is supported by standard templates for posts, operational workflows for instructors, and a checklist for verifying the organization of a "class team" (learning group). Utilizing these tools will help streamline the digital educational environment at BINPO, enhance the quality of informational support for learning, optimize interaction between instructors and learners, and establish consistent approaches to using Microsoft Teams within the educational process. This instruction is intended for the academic and teaching staff at BINPO who use Microsoft Teams to organize the educational process, conduct learning sessions, provide consultations to learners, post learning materials, and facilitate independent work.
