Abstract
The manual presents, for the first time, a comprehensive concept of psychological support for the development of youth entrepreneurial competence in the context of Ukraine’s economic revival. Drawing on the latest advances in personality psychology, social and organizational psychology, and the psychology of entrepreneurship, it explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of entrepreneurial competence development, the psychological factors underlying its formation, and contemporary technologies for providing psychological support to young people. The scientific novelty of the manual lies in the development of an applied model of psychological support for the development of youth entrepreneurial competence; the substantiation of a structural and goal-oriented technology of psychological support that integrates target, content, technological, and evaluation and outcome components; and the introduction of the author-developed concept of “resilient entrepreneurial transformation” into scientific discourse. This concept reveals the psychological mechanisms through which crisis experiences can be transformed into a resource for developing entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial activity, and an individual’s readiness to implement their own initiatives. The manual includes contemporary psychotechnologies, practical methods, exercises, and recommendations for providing psychological support for the development of youth entrepreneurial competence. It can be used by educational institutions, youth centers, non-governmental organizations, and other institutions involved in providing psychological support to young people. The publication is intended for researchers, psychologists, educators, lecturers, trainers, students, postgraduate students, and all professionals whose work is related to the development of entrepreneurial competence and the personal potential of young people.
