Abstract

The study examines digital collections as a structural component of modern educational environments and a tool for organizing information flows. Their functions, typology, and role in providing access to scientific and educational resources are analyzed. Organizational and technological factors influencing their effectiveness are identified. The importance of such resources for integrating educational systems into the global information space is substantiated.
