Abstract

The modern university emerges as an educational institution, a space of innovative design, where the professional culture of future specialists is shaped. Within the context of European educational strategies and global challenges, the integration of traditions and contemporary educational concepts acquires particular significance, ensuring the development of both scientific and educational environments. The proceedings of the conference «Innovations in Designing Professional Development of Specialists in the University Space» bring together scholarly inquiries and practical achievements aimed at comprehending the key trends and prospects of higher education development. The contributions presented in the panel discussions reflect the multidimensionality of today’s pressing issues: the specifics of designing the educational and scientific space of modern universities in the context of traditions, concepts, and European integration trajectories; the preparation of contemporary specialists as active subjects of professional activity, requiring effective approaches, innovative strategies, and prognostic visions; and innovations in teacher training, which determine sectoral variability and the sociocultural significance of professional development. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we extend our sincere gratitude to all conference participants for their active scholarly and professional stance, their pursuit of new solutions, and their readiness for open dialogue. We are confident that this collection will make a significant contribution to the advancement of scientific and methodological thought and will foster the creation of an open intellectual space for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and innovative educational practices.
